This update fixes the following issues: 

• DLC items wouldn't appear in shop in 1.0.0.25 due to an overly aggressive fix of a bug with Mug. Mug should now only give items of rank VIII at most.
• Attempting to wrap a cursor in the difficulty menu could crash.
• The act 4 visual effect could be heavier in the credits sequence than intended.
